Instant Access Savings Accounts: Available in GBP, USD, and EUR, these accounts offer competitive profit rates with the freedom to withdraw funds at any time without penalties or restrictions.

 

Notice Accounts: Our notice accounts are available in GBP, USD, and EUR and are ideal for customers seeking higher profit rates given that no funds are withdrawn within the notice period. You can choose between 93-days or 120-days notice periods, depending on your liquidity needs.

 

Wakala Deposits: Wakala Deposit Accounts are ideal if you're looking to save for the long term. Available in GBP, USD, and EUR, you can choose a term between 3 months to 3 years and earn higher profit rates with the certainty of knowing when your funds will mature.

 

Foreign Exchange Services: We provide competitive foreign exchange rates across a wide range of major currencies. This service supports efficient currency conversions for both personal and international banking requirements.

 

Internet and Mobile Banking: Our Internet and Mobile Banking services offer secure, 24x7 access to your personal accounts. You can check balances, view transactions, set up direct debits, and make local and international payments in multiple currencies whenever it suits you.

 

Property financing: We offer Shari'a-compliant property financing using Murabaha (cost-plus financing) for purchasing or refinancing residential properties in London. This includes Home Finance (regulated mortgages) and Buy-to-Let options. You can choose flexible repayment terms, either profit-only payments or amortisation plans, with fixed or variable profit rates.

Minimum relationship balance: Maintain a qualifying total balance of £1,000,000 with QIB, including deposits, investments, and financed assets.
